SPHERICAL GRATING MONOCHROMATOR (SGM) BEAMLINE
NOTE: Please upload your sample details to the SGM Data Website before doing any shipment. For further information watch the video guide "Mail-in Shipment Submission".

SGM Shipping Information & Guidelines

  • Address all packages for the SGM beamline to an SGM beamline staff (CONTACT US).
  • There are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays, so shipments should generally be made the week before scheduled beamtime. Additional care and advanced planning is needed for shipments from outside Canada, as delays may occur due to customs inspections.
  • Users will be contacted by beamline staff prior to returning academic mail-in samples.
  • Additional information regarding shipping of hazardous materials, receiving shipments at the CLS, and return shipments can be found on the CLS website (Shipping Information).
